Craniosacral Biodynamics (BCST) is a holistic approach to health and well-being, focusing on the relationship between body, mind, and spirit.
The practice of Craniosacral Biodynamics is based on the idea that the body has an inherent self-healing capacity, constantly striving to move towards a state of balance and equilibrium.
The touch is soft and gentle, with a listening, receptive attitude that can be used for evaluation as well as therapeutic purposes.
The practitioner can sense how the body's autonomous physical systems express themselves and use this time to listen to the motion of fluids and tissues, sensations of warmth, expansion, energetic flow, and improvements of moods and alleviation of tension and pain. These sensations can help to unlock areas of physical and emotional strain, allowing the body to heal and restore itself.
The client's perception and inner processes are at the heart of the session. Verbal dialogue can help explore them and help the client connect with their innermost sensations to gain insight into the deeper aspects of their being.

This can be highly beneficial for supporting psychotherapy, as it creates a space for embodiment and emotional healing. It also benefits those with
difficulty accessing or expressing their feelings in traditional psychotherapy. It assesses the client's inner perception, enabling the session to be tailored to their needs and development.
Through the therapeutic journey, individuals can develop the ability to identify and cope with stress, improve their resilience, and create a greater sense of coherence in their lives, creating a more balanced and harmonious state of being. In addition, BCST can support the psychotherapeutic process by providing insights into how the body can be used as a resource for healing. By becoming aware of subtle physical sensations, clients can gain a deeper understanding of how their bodies respond to the psychotherapeutic process and how their emotions and physical feelings are connected.
This work aims to create a safe space for healing and exploration, foster growth and transformation, and cultivate inner peace and harmony.
